To ensure that every guest receives the highest level of care and attention, we ask that all clients honor the following standards designed to protect your time, your experience, and the artistry that defines our work.
Reservation, Card on File & Cancelation Policy
To secure your appointment, all guests are required to have a card on file. This helps us uphold scheduling integrity and provide a seamless check-out experience.
A 50% deposit is required for all VIP Luxe Tuesday experiences due to the exclusive time reserved for these premium services. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if a guest cancels, reschedules late, or does not show for their appointment. This policy protects the artist’s time and ensures fairness for all guests.
Consultation Credit Policy
A Luxe Consultation Deposit of $50 is required for all new or transformative service consultations. This deposit secures your dedicated planning session and allows us to design your customized service experience.
If you reserve your recommended service within 14 days of your consultation, the $50 deposit will be credited toward your total service amount.
If more than 14 days pass or if no booking is made, the deposit remains non-refundable and compensates for the professional time reserved.
Each policy is designed to honor your time, protect the artistry invested in your experience, and maintain the integrity of The Salon G Luxe Experience.
Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules must shift. We simply ask for mutual respect of time and preparation.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a late-cancellation fee equal to the scheduled service amount.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may forfeit the appointment to maintain fairness for guests arriving after you.
Each appointment is carefully curated for your service needs; therefore, last-minute changes directly impact our ability to serve others.
Grace & Discretion
We do recognize that true emergencies occur. In those cases, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Accommodations may be extended at the stylist’s discretion and are evaluated with grace and understanding.
Salon Environment & Courtesy
Our goal is to create an atmosphere of peace, beauty, and rejuvenation.
To maintain that harmony:
Cell phones are not permitted in the shampoo lounge to ensure rest and relaxation for all guests.
Light, respectful conversations are welcomed in the dryer lounge, but please use earbuds when on calls or streaming media.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing additional visitors unless they are scheduled for services.
Payment & Same-Day Policies
All balances are due the day of service.
If a cancellation fee or outstanding balance is due, it must be settled the same day to remain in good standing for future bookings.
Pre-Pay for Loved Ones
For guests whose appointments are covered by family members or caregivers, pre-payment is required prior to service. This ensures privacy, simplicity, and a graceful checkout experience.
